Delivery Information

POST, PACKAGING & DELIVERY

FURNITURE: We aim to deliver furniture that is in stock within 2 - 6 weeks and an estimated delivery date will be given on or soon after your order is accepted. Any items that are not in stock will be delivered within 6 - 10 weeks. Prices are per delivery and not per item.

 

Accessories We aim to deliver small accessories that are in stock within 2-7 working days. Please add a delivery charge of £7 for lighting and small accessories.

LARGE FURNITURE  Please ensure that all entrances, rooms and staircases have been measured accurately. It is your responsibility to check that there is sufficient access for the products and also for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address. Please note that our delivery crew will not attempt delivery where damage might occur to your home or the products. Likewise they will not remove doors or windows.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please return it to us with your proof of purchase for a refund or exchange within 14 days. We will only refund or exchange purchases returned to us unused. If you choose to return any product we do reserve the right to charge you for the return of the goods. Please call for a quotation.

The images on our Web Site are representations of our products and although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the colours of wood and paint finishes, variations may occur. At times it may be necessary to make alterations to the specifications of our products and we reserve the right to make such changes. Prices are subject to changes in VAT. This should not affect your statutory rights.
