Hi,
I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' to the guys who delivered our furniture yesterday. Having rung you on Saturday to give advance warning that our road was being resurfaced, they arrived to find they couldn't get access to the road. They then proceeded to carry the furniture quite some distance from the van to the house. We were so pleased that they positioned the furniture upstairs and took away all the packaging. We are delighted with our purchases and you should be very proud of the customer service they provided.

Just wanted to let you know how very pleased we are with the furniture, which arrived safely this morning. Of course it feels risky to order from the internet without seeing the products beforehand, but we took into account all your very good reviews and have not been disappointed. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and just what we were searching for - it looks fantastic in its new home! Your delivery chaps made very good time and could not have been more helpful. So, a big thank you to you for enduring the hassle of organising the delivery and to everyone else there involved in either making or transporting our new furniture - it is much appreciated. Re: Manhattan Bedroom Furniture
I refer to my telephone call to you today when I said how pleased I was with the bedroom furniture which was delivered last week. It is sometimes a risk to buy off the internet without actually looking at the furniture in the "flesh" as it were, but in this case it really is lovely. I shall have no hesitation in recomminding your company to other people.
Can you please pass on my thanks to your delivery men who arrived on time and efficiently installed the furniture in the bedroom. They also very kindly put the new mattress onto the bed for me and took away the packaging. I am very grateful to them.

Hi cant tell you how pleased we are with our dresser which we received a week ago.
The delivery men were great nothing was too much trouble for them.
In fact every one of the sales staff were also nice and helpful.

Hi Nick
The dresser base arrived yesterday and I just wanted to say how thrilled we are with it, not only did it arrive in perfect condition (well wrapped and carefully placed in our dining room by your delivery gentleman) but the finish is gorgeous, pure white and exactly as we hoped it would be.
